Term & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ARK Exotics' services, including our website and vehicle rentals. By making a reservation or using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Rental Eligibility

  • Renters must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
  • A valid credit card and proof of insurance are required for all rentals.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Reservations can be made through our website or over the phone.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards.
  • All payments are subject to our standard cancellation policy (see Section 4).

3. Vehicle Use

  • Renters are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period and must adhere to all local traffic laws.
  • Unauthorized drivers are not allowed to operate the vehicle. Any damage caused by unauthorized drivers will be charged to the renter.
  • Renters must return the vehicle in the same condition it was rented, with the agreed-upon fuel level.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the rental cost.
  • No-shows or cancellations made on the day of rental are non-refundable.

5. Late Returns

  • Late returns will be charged an additional fee. Please contact us if you anticipate a late return, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

6. Insurance and Liability

  • Renters are required to provide valid insurance at the time of rental. ARK Exotics offers additional insurance packages for renters who do not have adequate coverage.
  • Renters are liable for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period unless they have purchased additional insurance coverage from ARK Exotics.
  • In the event of an accident, renters must notify ARK Exotics immediately and file a police report if required.

7. Damage and Security Deposit

  • A security deposit will be held on your credit card at the time of rental and will be released upon the return of the undamaged vehicle.
  • Renters will be charged for any damage, including interior or exterior, that occurs during the rental period.

8. Modifications to Terms

  • ARK Exotics reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • ARK Exotics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or vehicles. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the renter for the rental.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of United States.
